Bhairavi is a software engineering and operational transformation practice based in India. Privacy and grievance enquiries can be sent to hello@bhairavi.app.
Information we collect
When you submit the enquiry form, we collect your name, work email, optional phone number, optional business name, enquiry topic and the message you provide. We also temporarily use a one-way hash of the submitting connection address to limit repeated submissions; routine form processing clears expired rate-limit hashes. Do not submit passwords, payment details, health information or other sensitive personal data.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information only to understand your request, respond, prevent spam, maintain a record of the conversation and, if you ask us to proceed, prepare a potential engagement. We do not sell enquiry data or use it to train AI models.
Storage, sharing and retention
Website enquiries are stored on infrastructure provided through Cloudflare and may be accessible to service providers strictly as needed to operate the website. We aim to delete enquiries that do not lead to an engagement within 12 months. Contract, tax or dispute records may need to be retained longer when legally required.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of enquiry information by emailing us from the address used in the enquiry. We may need to retain limited information where law or a legitimate dispute requires it. You may also withdraw from further conversation at any time.
Project-specific privacy
Software engagements may involve different data categories, processing roles, providers, regions and retention requirements. These are documented through the applicable solution design and contractual terms before production processing begins.
